This policy explains what Vault collects and how it is used. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

Information we collect

Account data: your name and email (from Google, GitHub, or email sign-up). Content: the objects you upload and their metadata. Usage: request logs, IP address, and storage/operation counts used for security and billing.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage & processing

Data is stored and processed on Cloudflare (Workers, R2, D1). Your objects are isolated per tenant and are never exposed to other customers.

Retention & deletion

Content persists until you delete it or close your account. You can delete objects, buckets, and API keys at any time from the console.

Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your data. For requests, contact us via our repository.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated.
