These terms govern your use of Vault(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants’ data.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Storage and usage limits apply per your plan and may be enforced automatically.

4. Data

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and serve that content to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
